The End of Season dinner 2019

A gathering of maximum 150 people enjoying a gastronomical meal, prepared by Gilles BORGES. A joyful afternoon in an atmosphere of friendship, animated by Serge ABELLO and his violin.

Aperitif and appetisers served at the table

Veal terrine with pickled vegetables Provencal
Mozzarella-tomato skewer and argula salad

Main course
Corolla of sole Dieppoise

Package of turkey stuffed with figs and honey

Cheese
Small marinated goat cheese with 5 berries and some salad

Dessert
Burn'roll with fresh fruit

Good to know:

Participation is limited to 150 people and resevations are neccessary
Seating: we try to honour your wishes as much as possible, but no guarantees can be given.
Reservations are not final until payment
